Dr. Regina Kratt

Career

Dr. Regina Kratt is an author, lecturer, and health coach for people who want to take control of their fitness and health. As a humanities graduate and science journalist, she believes natural nutrition is an art that can be used to reshape yourself from the inside out. She provides her audience with cutting-edge information from the alternative health world and motivates them to have their own experiences. 

Publications

Her new practical book Detox and Immunity. A Food System shows how to integrate highly micronutrient-rich foods into everyday life using a modular system.  

History of Work

At the KIT Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, she spent many years developing teaching and career programs and lecturing on diversity, personal development, and yoga/wisdom.

She is the author of many books and articles on the topics of health, innovation, and art. 

Beatrix Berkics

 

Beatrix Berkics is an expert in Detoxification and Raw Food and co-teacher of the course and co-author of the book, especially the recipe section. 

Course Description

Detox and Immunity, and Food System

The goal of our course is to understand that there are scientifically proven ways to self-heal the biology of the human body. 

  

First Half of Semester :

We will explore many different ideas around nutrition and can then see how the self-healing of the human body is best accomplished. 

  

Second Half of Semester :

After all the explorations into older approaches to food and "good nutrition," we will also explore the negative and positive impact of food on the mental-emotional state.
